It is a known fact that the quality of a job is affected by the way the files are provided to us. To ensure the result is of the highest possible quality please check the following information for outputting your artwork:

File Formats:
We are PC compatible and prefer EPS, Ai and PDF files. Some Tiff and Jpg files.

Fonts:
Please convert all fonts to outlines (paths/vectors) to stop any part of the layout being altered through transfer of files. Sometimes it maybe necessary to make changes to text and so in this case we will need you to send True Type/PC compatible fonts with your file. Please note: If an agency prefers not to send fonts as outlines they must at least send the file’s fonts in a PC format.

Files Sizes:
We have for your convenience our FTP site that will allow you to upload files larger then 10MB or if you prefer you can send a CD or DVD. Please ensure you mention when you have scaled down your artwork and by how much. Normally 300dpi is a good quality image output. Colour Variation:
A variation in colour can occur for many different reasons. It can be due to different machinery, inks, medias and printing systems or just how the files are saved. In our experience we have always been as close as possible to the colours of the artwork when not spot on.

Vinyl Cutting Lettering Files:
Vector format is the only file we will accept and the only way to produce your vinyl cut lettering.
